How do I know which package is right for me? +
Book a free discovery call and we'll talk through where you are and what you need. If you're early in the process with limited budget, Launch is a great start. If you're actively job searching and want a complete edge, Elevate or Advance will get you there faster.
What happens after I purchase? +
After checkout you'll receive a confirmation email with a scheduling link to book your first session. You'll also receive a brief intake questionnaire to help us make the most of our time together from the very first call.
How long do sessions last, and how are they held? +
All coaching sessions are 60 minutes and held via Zoom. You'll receive a link when you schedule. Sessions are recorded (with your permission) so you can revisit the coaching at any time.
Can I upgrade my package after purchasing? +
Absolutely. Many clients start with Launch and upgrade once they experience the value. Just reach out and we'll apply your previous investment toward the difference.
Do you offer refunds? +
Because of the personalized nature of the work, we don't offer refunds after sessions have been completed. However, if you're unsatisfied after your first session we'll work to make it right. Your results matter to us.
How quickly will I see results? +
Many clients land interviews within 2–4 weeks of completing their package — especially when they implement their action plan consistently. Career change is a process, but strategic coaching dramatically accelerates it.
Do you work with clients outside the U.S.? +
Yes. Coaching is conducted virtually so we can work with clients anywhere in the world. We have experience coaching professionals seeking opportunities in the U.S., Canada, and internationally.
